Filth

Lying on the floor 

with water and dust, 

on the verge of collapse 

but survival is must, 

 skin turned black 

in a layer of rust, 

eyes peeking through 

an overnight crust, 

 a filth of life 

 and filth of ignorance, 

a helplessness of strays 

and human convergence, 

filth of unknown 

and a lost identity, 

filth of vastness 

and limited credibility, 

 pain of borders 

and pain of food, 

need of resources 

and what one should, 

 filth is everywhere 

and filth is around, 

filth fills the void 

filth is profound.
